How I Use Microsoft Word To Publish To My Blog

The new features in word 2007 is now the ability to publish directly to a blog and also help in designing your blog content to look good and attractive.Microsoft word is publish to popular services such as blogger and windows live spaces.you can specify other blogging services.

                                                      TO CREATE A NEW

Click the Microsoft office button ,click new.

Double click new blog entry.

Now,create your blog post ,you can insert picture and links.

NOTE

Before you can publish it to your blog ,make sure you enter a title in the post title box.

Click publish in the publish section of the blog post.

You can also save it as a draft in your blogger account ,click the arrow beside the publishing button and select publish as draft.

To check for and fix any errors,you can use scandisk,a program included with windows 98.

Double-click the MY COMPUTER icon to display the contents of your computer.

Right-click the disk you want to check.

Select properties from the shortcut menu that appears.

Click the tools tab.this ab includes programs you can use to manage and optimize your disk drive.

Click the check now button.windows displays the

scandisk dialog box.

Click the start button to start checking the drive.windows checks your drive.if it finds any errors,it display a dialog box that explains the errors and gives you options for repairing the errors,deleting the file,or ignoring the error.

Select a correction method for each problem,then click OK.

When scandisk complete,you see a summary of its findings.

Review this imformation and then click the close button.
