The step blow is the easy way to remove it.
1.Go to Blogger Dashboard -Template-HTML
2.As always download a copy of your template
3.Tick "Expand Widget Templates" check box
4.Now search for below code in your template
b:widget id='Attribution1' locked='true' title='' type='Attribution'
Replace locked='true' with locked='false'
Now save your template
go to Layout page.

Hi, i can say you have a great blog here, is it necessary to remove the "powered by Blogger" attribute? I think it should be a credit to Blogger for their kindness.
